enters its 17th year in business, the agency has been
busier than ever helping clients plan their cruise vacations.
The agency saw over 30% revenue growth in 2010.

business levels, office space has been extended to a second floor recently.
The agency now occupies almost 6,000 square feet of wholly owned space.

will be able to simultaneously run interactive meetings with our call centre
and home based employees” said Denis Lim, President of Cruise Experts
Travel. “The training centre will allow us to continue to invest in our
team’s expertise and to better service our client base.”

destinations as New Zealand and Australia, South America, and Asia. “Our
knowledgeable agents undergo a thorough training period and we encourage our
staff to pursue ongoing personal and professional development,” said Lim.
