Located in Vancouver’s Kerrisdale neighbourhood, our company comprises a Sales team of 15, a Marketing Coordinator, and a Sales Support team of 5.
We are looking for an adaptable, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to take on the full-time role of Sales Support Coordinator.

An excellent communicator, both written and verbally
- Focused and on-task within a busy Sales environment
- Highly detail-oriented: A keen eye for detail is mandatory!
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Confident and dependable
- You have experience working at Reception and handling a multi-line telephone system
- You have additional experience as an Administrative Assistant in a busy, office environment and want to take your skill set to the next level as Coordinator of a Department
- You must be willing and able to work overtime
